Cancellation Policy
Scheduling: Sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance Preferred dates subject to availability Cancellation & Rescheduling: Free rescheduling up to 24 hours before session Less than 24 hours: deposit may be forfeited Weather cancellations (outdoor shoots): Free rescheduling Session Day: Please arrive on time - late arrivals may result in shortened session Bring outfit changes as discussed during consultation Sessions include specified number of edited photos delivered within 1 week Refund Policy: Deposits are non-refundable after 24-hour cancellation window Full refunds available for photographer cancellations
